Raspberry Orange Smoothies Recipe

We do love a good smoothie here at MLPHQ, and this Raspberry Orange Smoothie is one of the quickest and easiest smoothie recipes ever! Did we mention that it tastes amazing too? It does!

This fruity smoothie is also a great base to add whatever protein or health supplements you like. And there are just four ingredients!

Orange juice, frozen raspberries, ice and some yoghurt.

Now, I’m going to let you in on a little secret — I just love using those little kid-sized pots of yoghurts for my smoothies! They are just about half a cup in size, and far too convenient for me to just empty a pot into whatever smoothie I’m making at the time. No measuring anything out, just pop it in and blitz. I usually opt for vanilla flavoured so as not to disrupt the flavours of the smoothie, but anything works and you can even mix and match the flavours with whatever you’re making.

As with all good smoothies, it’s simply a case of popping all the ingredients into your blender, food processor or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth and creamy.

Pour into reusable pouches and pop into your lunchbox to enjoy later, or give to the kids to eat in the car on the way to school.

This recipe makes just over 500ml of delicious raspberry orange smoothie mix. Plenty for everyone!

Ingredients:

1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of frozen raspberries
1 cup of ice
1/2 cup of yoghurt

Method:

Place all the ingredients into your blender, food processor or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately in glasses or reusable pouches for a quick, easy, and mess-free treat.
