Customer Service


The following shipping / postage conditions apply to all My Lil Pouch orders.

  • My Lil Pouch offers shipping throughout Australia using Australia Post & Toll Express.
  • We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
  • International orders vary depending on size and location. Should your country not be found or automatically calculated please email My Lil Pouch for confirmation and an invoice.
  • Orders are dispatched on Tuesday and Fridays each week, exc. public holidays (WA).
  • Shipping costs are not included in the product prices.
  • My Lil Pouch will not be held responsible for lost mail. 
  • My Lil Pouch are not common carriers. Whilst we aim to dispatch all orders per the above schedule we do not accept responsibility for unpredictable delays in transit. You will receive an order complete email notification once your order has been dispatched, as well as an email from the carrier with your tracking information, should the tracking option be chosen.
  • Shipping varies between 2-7 business days depending on your location within Australia, from the day of dispatch (Tuesday and Friday each week, excluding public holidays).
  • Delivery times are often delayed during peak trade times; such as: (a) holidays, (b) promotions, and (c) sales. My Lil Pouch ships from Perth.
  • My Lil Pouch makes every attempt to stay within the delivery time quoted. My Lil Pouch are not common carries and do not provide guarantees, nor compensation for delayed shipping.
  • Orders using Express Post are transported according to Australia Posts terms and conditions for that destination. My Lil Pouch will not accept responsibility for any delayed express orders, or orders placed outside of the express post network. My Lil Pouch WILL guarantee that express orders will be dispatched on our dispatch days, provided the order is placed before 6pm the day prior.
  • Express Post does NOT mean next day dispatch or delivery, as our standard dispatch days are Tuesday and Friday weekly.
  • Should you not be available at time of delivery a calling card will be left. It is the receivers responsibility to arrange re-delivery.
  • Should a parcel not be delivered after multiple attempts and returned to My Lil Pouch additional delivery fees will apply for re-delivery.
  • Should re-delivery not be requested a refund MINUS shipping & handling will be processed.
  • If a package is out for delivery, we are unable to intercept and change the delivery address should the incorrect information be advised.
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Return shipping for incorrect choice is at the customers own expense. 
  • Return shipping for faulty goods is at the expense of My Lil Pouch. 
  • Free shipping promotions are void if used with any other discount/coupon/offer.


  • Goods must be returned within 14 days of received parcel in original condition for all refunds or returns.
  • Goods will not be refunded due to change of mind.
  • Postage charges are non refundable.


  • My Lil Pouch offers a 3 month replacement guarantee on all products, applicable from the date of purchase. Replacements after this time will be at the owners discretion.
