Creamy Banana Avo & Kiwi Puree
This fruity banana avocado and kiwifruit puree is smooth and creamy with a mellow zesty flavour, and absolutely perfect for school lunchboxes!
If you are worried about dairy products going bad due to overheating in school bags, this might be a great pouch recipe to try as it contains no dairy products at all. This creamy banana, avo and kiwi puree is a great alternative to yoghurt.
This puree is also a no-cook recipe, and it couldn’t be easier to make. You simply take three ingredients and blitz them in a food processor or blender until smooth.
You’ll need one large ripe banana, one ripe avocado and one kiwifruit. Peel the fruit and blitz with a food processor, smoothie maker, blender or bar mixer until smooth and creamy. It only takes a couple of minutes and you’ll have enough of this delicious puree to fill four reusable 140ml pouches as pictured below.
This recipe is raw, gluten free, dairy free, nut free and suitable for vegans.
You could even add some coconut milk to the mixture while blending and transform this delicious puree into a smoothie.
